The Outstanding Development of the Year award, which is judged by an expert panel of property professionals, saw Heart of the City come out on top against an array of high-quality schemes in the region – including PLP Smithywood, New Era Square, Great Central, Norfolk Bridge Works and Park Hill.

The prestigious and much-coveted award was presented by Rebecca Roffe (CMS) to Andrew Davison (Queensberry) – representing Sheffield City Council and Strategic Development Partner, Queensberry.

Andrew Davison, Project Director, Queensberry:

"The project team and I are extremely proud to see Heart of the City pick up the Outstanding Development of the Year award. We see this as recognition for all our hard work and it’s genuinely a real honour to be considered alongside some other truly fantastic developments and property businesses across the region."

"The developments within Heart of the City are transforming the city centre and helping deliver a more sustainable, attractive and accessible destination. The final result will help attract further investment and businesses to the city, while also providing new and enjoyable offers and experiences for the public."
