State-of-the-art co-working office and rooftop bar set to open on Carver Street
Cubo Sheffield is opening soon after huge success in Derby and Nottingham.
A new state-of-the-art co-working office is set to open following a £3 million investment. Cubo, located at 38 Carver Street in Sheffield, will facilitate a multi-use site complementing the Heart of the City development.
Cubo Sheffield is due to open its doors on the 1st April 2021. It will be an addition to it’s rapidly expanding portfolio, with business booming at existing sites in Nottingham and Derby.
Cubo addresses the needs of the modern worker with the emphasis on co-working and includes memberships for private offices, designated desks and hot-desking. Cubo also provides many additional benefits to their tenants, including meeting rooms, phone booths, printing stations and free beverages (from tea and coffee to beer and prosecco).

Cubo Sheffield sits in a prime location within the rapidly growing business district, which is being developing through the £470 million Heart of the City scheme. Cubo were selected by Sheffield City Council to be the developers of this exciting new opportunity.
The ambitious multi-use space will not only include innovative new co-working space but also a public rooftop bar. Alto, Nottingham’s most popular roof top bar, occupies the top floor of 38 Carver Street, bringing a new and exciting dynamic to Sheffield’s nightlife.
Alto, which will be opening in line with the government guidelines and advice for pubs and restaurants, will house two bars, an exclusive VIP area and, of course, an external roof terrace affording magnificent views across the skyline of Sheffield.
Cubo Sheffield will feature 600 plus desks in a variety of different office spaces. Members will have 24/7 access to the building, enabling them to have the flexibility to work whenever they want or need to.
